Update of the 3rd December 2021
Latest advice following Government restrictions commencing the 3rd December 2021
Face masks will, once again, be required in shops and on public transport from Tuesday 30th November, we kindly ask that our travellers respect fellow passengers and follow this advice whilst travelling on our coaches.
For clients travelling to Europe, we would ask that you take a lateral flow test kit (or PCR test kit) with you for each traveller on your booking. You can then take this test within 48 hours before your return to the UK. This result may be needed at the border contol on your return. Thank you.
Update of the 27th January 2022
Latest advice following the relieving of restrictions.
Thankfully, our coaches are now running at full capacity again and our clients are enjoying some wonderful holidays.
However, we continue to monitor the situation and respond to Government advice as it is issued.
We continue with increased cleaning regimes and the operation of efficient air filtration systems on our coaches.
Hotels too are maintaining vigilant policies to reduce the risks associated with Covid19.
Holidays should thus operate near 'normal' for the foreseeable future.
However, in the unlikely event that local lockdowns are re-introduced, we will give our clients full options as detailed below.
VACCINES:
We do not insist that clients have the Covid19 vaccine, though the Government do say it is advisable. When travelling on a coach holiday, we think it is a wise precaution too.
FACE-MASKS:
Legal requirements to wear masks are continually changing (especially amongst the different nations; England, Wales and Scotland). We would ask clients to follow the relevant guidance applicable.
ENTERTAINMENT and INCLUSIONS:
Many of our hotels include an entertainment programme and our tour programmes a variety of inclusions. Unfortunately, these may sometimes be reduced or limited from that originally advertised due to limits imposed by Covid19. Please bear with the hotels and ourselves as we all aim to get back to 'normal'. We promise to make every effort to provide you with a wonderful holiday.

It has been wonderful to once again be able to operate coach tours and self-drive breaks.
Majestic's number one concern and priority is always the well-being and safety of our customers. As circumstances changed through 2020 (and now 2021) we made tough decisions, cancelled tours and refunded clients without delay. We thank all of our clients for their patience and understanding through the Covid crisis.
All of our hotels will follow guidance as it is issued by the Government. They will continue to implement all recommended health and safety measures for your well being. If you prefer to not travel by coach, we are quite happy for our clients to make their own way to the hotels and enjoy the holidays on offer.
Remember, MAJESTIC's Covid Guarantee - should the resort or your hometown go into lockdown and you cannot take your holiday, you can transfer to an alternative with no charges, or receive a full refund (even up to the day of departure).
