A favourite day to the Roman city of Chester. The medieval “Rows” of black and white timbered buildings offer a unique two tier shopping experience. The sandstone city walls that surround this beautiful city are one of the most intact examples of its kind in Europe and give an excellent vantage point for some great holiday photos.

To the town of Porthmadog and included entrance to Portmeirion, the unique Italian style village, Portmeirion has served as the location for numerous films and television shows, most famously as “The Village” in the 1960s television show The Prisoner.
